I came in for my oil change. I was told my first oil change would be free. When I came in, they said based off my oil life I was fine to wait about a month until getting the oil I was told my first oil change would be free. When I came in, they said based off my oil life I was fine to wait about a month until getting the oil changed. No worries. I came back a month later. Got my oil change done and waited for two hours. I had no other service done. The gentlemen then tells me it will cost me $140 (roughly that’s what it was) for my oil change. I was confused and told him I was here last month and they told me I was too early. I came back a month later and now I’m being charged even though I was told it was free. He was confused and continued to ask me if I purchased my vehicle from them. Yes. I bought my truck brand new from them, with Emma who was great. I was very upset that I had to pay anything. The sales rep told me that my free oil change expired a month ago. That would have been good to know when I made my appointment. From now on I’ll go somewhere local for my oil change. I doubt I’ll have to wait two hours there. More
