Went for an oil change and I had an appointment. As I waited I took a walk around the lot to see that after 20 minutes my car was outside and just looked hosed off. I thought it meant that the oil change was almost done but I still waited another 30-35 minutes. For the price and how I was treated I would’ve rather went to Walmart. Altogether with an appointment I was there for over 1.5 hours and all I had was an oil change!! More

I wasn't told it would take three days to complete my repair until I brought my car in at the time specified over the phone. It was returned to me dirty. Fingerprints and smudge marks on the inside of th repair until I brought my car in at the time specified over the phone. It was returned to me dirty. Fingerprints and smudge marks on the inside of the window. Trash on the floor, including tie baggies for shoes (looked like a hair net, actually). My inside belongings were missing until later when I opened my trunk, everything was inside of a box. Communication was severely lacking and the least that could have been done after three days was a car wash and a vacuum instead of returning it dirty. This was a BAD first impression of the new, non-local, ownership. More
