I came in for an oil change and tire rotation under warranty. My milage was 14,600. On my windshield they placed a sticker for my next oil change at 13,312. On the inspection report they show milage warranty. My milage was 14,600. On my windshield they placed a sticker for my next oil change at 13,312. On the inspection report they show milage at 8312. In addition, what should have been a quick appointment lasted nearly 2 hours. One of the poorest service appointments ever. Disappointed to say the least, owner before Victory never messed up like this! If you can’t even get the mileage correct, was the work done properly. More
