I am upset that I was told that my vehicle received a complete multi-point inspection. Yet when I checked my wiper fluid it remained empty, which is fine, I can refill it myself. Mind you, this is twice that it's happened. At this point they're creating doubt in the integrity of their service. Not good at all. More
