Don't value customer's time and sloppy customer service I am writing this review based on 3 visits. I had unpleasant experiences on all 3 visits and have decided never to visit this service center again. v I am writing this review based on 3 visits. I had unpleasant experiences on all 3 visits and have decided never to visit this service center again. visit 1 - I took a 8 am appointment for oil change. On reaching the site, I was told that the wait time would be 3 hours for oil change. I could not afford to wait so long and got it done from a nearby shop that did it 15 minutes!. visit 2- I stopped by for annual maintenance of my 2018 Honda Odyssey after taking an appointment. I was told the car needed wheel alignment and would take 4 hours. This time I left the car at the premise and went back home. 3 hours later I got a call stating that they don't have the necessary equipment to do wheel alignment for the latest model. The customer service agents seem to lack basic knowledge of the capabilities of the service center. Shouldn't they at least do basic due diligence before committing something to the customer? It was a complete waste of time. visit 3- Somebody hit my car. I called them to get a quote to fix the damages. I was told it was okay to come at 8 am to receive the quote. I go there and the customer service guy tells me that they don't do quotes at their location. He gave another address at a different location. To add to my frustration, the center wouldn't open until 9 am. I regard this as a typical case of sloppy customer service. Shouldn't they have told me over the phone that quotes are not provided at their location? The only reason I put up with them is because I bought the vehicle through them and wanted to continue the association. But I have realized they don't respect my time and aren't customer focused. I will take my business elsewhere. More

My sales person Ashly was amazing from start to finish. She explained with great detail the process, I never felt stressed or overwhelmed. It was a breeze, from choosing the car that fit my needs to my options as far as financing. She also took time to sit and explain every feature my car is equipped with. I was able to drive away with a 2018 Accord touring 2.0t which I love. The staff from upper management to sales was friendly and very attentive. They made sure I felt at ease with the buying experience.. I highly recommend Hudson Honda. Thank You Hudson Honda! You have a customer in me for life! More

Leased a 2017 Honda Accord EX I've never had a better car buying experience! Everyone at this dealership was beyond helpful especially Vladimir, Victor, Josh, Emmanuel and Anthony! They helped me get into the car I really wanted for a great price and at no point did I ever feel pressured. The entire process was quick and easy and I left with so much knowledge about my new car. I'll definitely be coming back for my next car and referring all of my friends. Hudson Honda is the best Honda dealership in NJ hands down! More
