What is the real base price?! This dealership practices a deceitful internet marketing program. The sales price posted on the internet is not the base price for the vehicle. The ba This dealership practices a deceitful internet marketing program. The sales price posted on the internet is not the base price for the vehicle. The base price is the internet price plus mandatory window tinting and vehicle tracking system. These are not options, the dealer will not offer vehicle without them. Therefore the advertised price should include these items. In our case this deceit amounted to $1496. Our primary salesman was very competent, professional and efficient. We would gladly work with him again. Unfortunately unless he changes dealership it will not happen. More

Leased a new Soul Existing Soul lease set to expire July 31, 2019. Began looking in March and April. Considered many options. Very patient sales staff despite having been told that we were just looking - educating ourselves about models, features, and prices. We felt no pressure. Nonetheless, we wound up signing a new lease 2.5 months before the old lease ran out, because of what we felt were reasonable terms. Emmanuel (“Manny”) Nolan was the salesman who spent the most time with us and closed the deal. He was patient, informative and very professional. After we signed the leasing documents (a blizzard of forms), Manny sat in the car with us and explained most, if not all, of the electronic features (eg pairing our iPhones, setting up Apple CarPlay, and explaining the various controls on the steering wheel). It was a lot to absorb. Once the financing was approved and the final leasing documents prepared, signing them was a breeze. Peter Meyerhof in finance ushered us through the signing process with dispatch and humor, making easy what has been in the past for us a long and taxing procedure. Overall: outstanding service from start to finish. More

TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this dealership!!! They told us they did a $700 tint job on the vehicle , when I asked for proof of the work that was done o DO NOT BUY a vehicle from this dealership!!! They told us they did a $700 tint job on the vehicle , when I asked for proof of the work that was done on it they couldn’t give me an invoice for it because they didn’t tint anything. Basically they just throw in the $700 charge for a tint job which is unheard of , even high end ceramic tint doesn’t cost $400!. If you do end up buying from them , make sure you ask for proof of the tint job which by the way is not optional.Don’t let them them take your money ! Do your research! More
