The spring of 2023 was still a tough market for car buying w/ the chip shortage and limited new car inventories. I had been to several dealers in the Longview, WA area where I lived but needed to widen buying w/ the chip shortage and limited new car inventories. I had been to several dealers in the Longview, WA area where I lived but needed to widen my search area. Royal Moore had been on my list but did not see any vehicles on the website until the morning of 5/30. I called and spoke w/ Francisco; they had one vehicle on the lot that match almost exactly what I wanted. We set an appointment for later that day. Francisco met me promptly when I arrived. He was patient w/ me as we looked at the vehicle and I went through my decision process. There was very little pressure applied. The pricing sheet was straightforward w/ some added warranty/subscriptions, but NO additional dealer mark-up. There was a ~30 minute wait after agreeing to a price before working on the financing w/ Luis. That said, the finance process was quick after that (~30 min) w/ no pressure and all costs and paperwork were explained succinctly. I returned a couple of weeks later to meet w/ Emmylea to go over the vehicle. She came in on a weekend to accommodate my schedule, went over the vehicle, answered our questions, and helped get the additional items for the car from the parts team. In all, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and patient. I would definitely shop at/recommend Royal Moore again. More
