Emmylea Krause gave me many ways to access the options available to me on my 2019Forester Touring Subaru. I learned that she doesn't get paid by Subaru unless she provides her Dealing Service within 2 mo available to me on my 2019Forester Touring Subaru. I learned that she doesn't get paid by Subaru unless she provides her Dealing Service within 2 months of original purchase. She then follow-up with her in-service of me by emailing me videos of systems. Much appreciated. Service Advisor Victoria (Tori) Blackstone also answered my questions - arranged for a Lyft ride, and reviewed my records to find out what services I was eligible for. Once she found out that the wrong image of my filters were shown to me, she double checked to make sure that my filters were not changed and not charged to me. More
