The sales consultant, Enrique Castaneta, assisted my husband and I through all of the paperwork even after the dealership had officially closed. He was very kind and helpful throughout. Needless to say, we left with the new car and I couldn't have been any happier with the experience. I highly recommend the dealership and Enrique for anyone looking for a Honda! More

First of all, Lisa the internet sales is a wonderful and patient person, from the quote to the meeting. DCH ACADEMY didn't have any problems giving me a quote right away compared to other dealers, their first quote had already out shined other dealers and negotiation was actually very smooth. Moving on to paper work i was introduced to Enrique, who was very courteous. Patrick took over the paper work, as it was already after 9 PM, he was very patient and thorough. (sorry can't remember last names). Now it was just past 10 PM but the finance guy patiently went over everything with me unlike my previous car finances (sign here, there, there and here we gotta go!). Regardless of the time, Patrick was in no rush while he went over all the features in the 2018 model. A lot of reviews i read about dealers is that they don't care about you after they take your money, guess what, i left my garage control at the dealer so i called them the next day to make sure it was there, i got the front desk and they transferred me to Patrick who went looking for it and held it for me. Now, i don't know how long its supposed to take for plates to be ready but mine were ready in six (6) days counting Saturday and Sunday, (why i mentioned? All other previous dealers took almost a month.) Why would you go elsewhere? DCH ACADEMY will beat any dealer! More
