I have had minor issues with my 2020 CLS450 and 2020
GLC63 in the past three weeks. The CLS450 problem was on a Saturday and I was surprised that I was able to speak directly to Enrique Velasquez that

Enrique took it in and found it was defective and I received a replacement on my warranty. I had purchased this car from MBZ of Temecula and had it serviced there. I was treated poorly, the advisor assuming I was not a "car guy". I questioned the bill and he had indeed overcharged me by $400. I will never use them again and I told their Service Manager why. Thanks for allowing my input. I am glad to have Enrique as my advisor now and will highly recommend your dealership.
