He takes the time to show you all the features of the car and how it works, would be great if all dealership employees takes the time to do that. He would even answer calls even off duty to help you out with your car if you forget how to work something in it. He does not get frustrated with your even if he has to shown you something or explain the information over and over again, as he does not mind in helping his customers out.
