I want to thank Enver Bekric for going above and beyond his requirements as a salesman at Crown Honda. I feel like I was able to make the best decision for myself because of his kind guidance and excellent manner. I really felt safe in his presence and trusted him 100%. He even got some paint off of my bumper using paint thinner and fixed my key fob which by far exceeded his job description. Bought a new Passport here and a few days later brought it in because I also purchased the Diamond Ceramic coat for the paint. My salesperson wasn't there that day but Joey Sutnick came over and helped me it in because I also purchased the Diamond Ceramic coat for the paint. My salesperson wasn't there that day but Joey Sutnick came over and helped me get this taken care of. Joey was extremely friendly and got things taken care of right away even though I wasn't his customer and I appreciated that greatly ( Enver Should buy him Lunch ). John Veltri was the service manager and got this Detailing taken care of immediately. The diamond coating itself came out awesome and they also put the protective coating on the leather seats and the interior. Very happy with this experience with Crown Honda and would recommend them to anyone. More

Enver Bekric is probably the most knowledgeable and informative Car salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only knew every single electronic option built into the Entertainment system but he spent at informative Car salesman I have ever dealt with. He not only knew every single electronic option built into the Entertainment system but he spent at least 45 minutes to an hour teaching me how to use them from the built in car safety options to connecting my phone to the Android auto app. I would have no problem recommending this Dealership and salesman to anybody.
