I chose to complete my purchase online to avoid unnecessary conversations and pressure. Since I had secured my own financing, I expected a smooth process. Initially, the communication was great; however, some aspects rubbed me the wrong way. Given my pre-approval and verified income through my bank, I didn’t appreciate being asked multiple questions about my income and whether I could afford the payments. After I made my deposit, I expected better responsiveness from Enzo. He often didn’t fully answer my questions or would take a day to respond to a text. I had requested two simple things that seemed manageable: the installation of the front license plate bracket and confirmation about whether the vehicle came with a cargo cover, as I wanted one. When I picked up the vehicle, the front plate bracket had not been installed and was reportedly out of stock. I was offered the option to have it mailed to me. Fortunately, after expressing my dissatisfaction, they miraculously found one and installed it. As for the cargo cover, I was told on the pickup day, “It’s not on the sticker, but we have one in stock.” I believe that proper customer service practices could have addressed these simple requests within the 72 hours from my loan approval to the vehicle pickup. I’m sharing this review not out of anger, but to highlight the need for better professionalism and customer service in financial transactions. To be honest, I considered taking my business elsewhere solely because of the license plate issue, but I was unable to be present at the time and only learned about it the next day. As the business owner reading this review, please understand that due to this experience, I would not recommend Enzo as a salesperson to anyone. More

They were very quick to reply, and very good communication back and forth for about a week, discussing prices, fees, and the vehicle itself. I had told them I would make the drive on the weekend communication back and forth for about a week, discussing prices, fees, and the vehicle itself. I had told them I would make the drive on the weekend (Saturday), as it was a 90 minute drive each way. I even let them know when I was 1 hour out, then 30 mins out. However, when I arrived, another salesman told me the vehicle I came to see had just sold. My salesman never even came out to tell me, and apparently didn't bother to tell me it was sold as I was making the 90 minute drive there. It also seemed like the group of salesmen outside didn't seem all that worried that we drove 90 mins and the vehicle was sold from under me. I didnt even get to drive it. Pretty much a complete waste of time, miles and gas. Anyway, it seemed like a nice dealership, but their sales tactics and ethics leave a little to be desired. More
