Our experience buying a new Chevy Traverse from Gateway Chevrolet was overall excellent. We were connected with Joe Jimenez after inquiring about a car online, and he was fantastic. Joe communicated well, greeted us promptly when we arrived, and was incredibly helpful in answering all our questions. While the dealership was extremely busy, and the process took over three hours even after agreeing on a price, this seemed to be due to staffing issues—specifically in the finance department. Despite the long wait, both Joe and our finance representative, Erasmo Quirino, were professional and great to work with. The dealership's lobby offered comfortable seating, vending machines, and plenty of water, which helped make the wait more manageable. I just wish they had more staff available to speed things along. We didn’t get home until after 11 p.m. that Friday night, but in the end, we’re thrilled with our new car! More
