I clearly explained what I wanted to pay and for how long I was willing to pay. He informed me he did not have a car for me and walked away! I drive two dealerships down to Hyundai. Sky was my salesman. He was very professional and respectful. Eric was my finance guy. He LISTENED to me. The entire staff treated us like family. Long story short...I purchased a new car with everything I wanted including the budget I needed and the terms I wanted. Eric went above and beyond for me. My credit isn’t horrible but it isn’t perfect. He worked hard to keep my interest low. Love this place. Will definitely recommend to others and go back when I need another car.! More

I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited from Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. I had to put a non-refundable deposit down as I had a two hour drive over and did not want it to be gone when I got there. So, I feared since they knew I was locked in they would short change me on my trade-in. I was wrong. They gave me a very solid trade-in value. Running a small town business myself, customer service means everything to me. It was beyond excellent. I dealt with Ryan, Rick, and Eric thru the process. All were overly friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Thanks guys. We will be back for business in the future. More

Same old, same old. I don't expect much from car dealers these days, and yet many still fall below expectations. Little to nothing I was told by anyone I worked with turn I don't expect much from car dealers these days, and yet many still fall below expectations. As with most dealers, they're just there to see how much they can fleece you for, and sure as heck don't care what happens after you leave the lot. More
