The most important thing of communication is to actually hear what’s being said. This is probably the biggest impression that we came away with from your company. The fact that we were able to communicate w hear what’s being said. This is probably the biggest impression that we came away with from your company. The fact that we were able to communicate well with our salesman and with the service department throughout the day, enabled our family to make decisions that moved us forward in a very difficult situation. Your service department greeted us when we literally rolled in on our vehicle’s last breath. We were headed home after a trip out of state. We live in Illinois, so our situation was compounded. Unfortunately, our engine had blown a barring. This was covered under warranty. The service department worked to get our repair approved and a rental for our family. We decided to look at our options and a salesman, Ariel Drotter, began to work with us. He took the time to get to know us. Even though he worked with multiple customers, we never felt that we were on the back burner. He was able I multitask well. His communication skills kept our situation moving in a positive direction. He took time with our son. We were able to come to a decision that really benefitted our family. Our day ended with a purchase of a new Tucson. We couldn’t be happier. My husband told his brother that we have never been treated better than with Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai. More

Had a wonderful, pressure-less experience with Ray Skillman Hyundai in Avon this past Saturday. Took two vehicles in as possible trade ins and explained that depending on whether we liked any Hyundai Skillman Hyundai in Avon this past Saturday. Took two vehicles in as possible trade ins and explained that depending on whether we liked any Hyundai vehicles, may trade both in for 2 or three vehicles. Worked with Collin who was very patient with us and had us test drive three different SUVs. After spending about 3 hours in the afternoon, headed home to get paperwork and a few other things and came back early evening. Was able to finish everything up and got great financing working with Eric. We were there way past closing time, with both Collin and Eric working to get everything completed and into our new vehicles. Will definitely be going back. More
