Evaluation paper work said vehicle checked over and everything in good order, ask to check rear taillight bc someone had told me it wasn’t working which after checking it wasn’t. Really don’t believe they checked the lights so not sure what was ch checked, disappointing. Same taillight assembly replaced before, supposed at 24000mi. Vehicle now has 60000mi so apparently $900 led taillights have a life of around 30,000mi. Also very disappointed. Not sure Eric escalated as far as he could have but said he tried so not blaming Eric but rather dealership and GMC. Probably won’t purchase another GMC bc of this experience. More

Service department is excellent I have been bringing my 2003 Yukon to Mike Shaw (now Alpine) for more than 10 years and have had Eric Bates as my sevice consultant for all that tim I have been bringing my 2003 Yukon to Mike Shaw (now Alpine) for more than 10 years and have had Eric Bates as my sevice consultant for all that time. He excels at diagnosis and always helps me make the best choice of service options presented. My cat is always teady when promised. Repairs ate alway done correctly and estimates always accurate. Best service department in town. They have new ownership so I hope they keep their service department intact—they have great mechanics and service staff!!! More

Free oil change! Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two years for all cars but it recently expired. Anthony still gave me a free oil change today and it was the highlight to my pockets! Thank you!!!!
