Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to look at an issue with the vehicle covered by warranty. I received a call saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked about the oil change being done a issue with the vehicle covered by warranty. I received a call saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked about the oil change being done and the service member was confused and asked if they were supposed to do an oil change. This was the main reason I brought it in and he had no clue. I even confirmed my appointment prior to brining it in. I also confirmed this when I dropped it off. Very frustrating that they don't even look at the service order before telling me it was done and it wasn't. More

Maintenance appointment Went in for an oil change found leaking oil cooler lines which were repaired under drive train warranty. Evaluation paper work said vehicle checked ov Went in for an oil change found leaking oil cooler lines which were repaired under drive train warranty. Evaluation paper work said vehicle checked over and everything in good order, ask to check rear taillight bc someone had told me it wasn’t working which after checking it wasn’t. Really don’t believe they checked the lights so not sure what was ch checked, disappointing. Same taillight assembly replaced before, supposed at 24000mi. Vehicle now has 60000mi so apparently $900 led taillights have a life of around 30,000mi. Also very disappointed. Not sure Eric escalated as far as he could have but said he tried so not blaming Eric but rather dealership and GMC. Probably won’t purchase another GMC bc of this experience. More
