The basic reason for my visit was to do a safety inspection on air bags, which was pending. I also got a service which as due. The wait time was surprisingly short. I expected to be there for at least and hour. I was surprised that I only had to wait a few minutes. I was also was surprised to find my auto washed and vacuumed out. Eric represents you in an outstanding manner: confident, knowledgeable, can do attitude, willing to explain things most customers do not understand. I was---on this visit---completely satisfied. Exceptional Customer Service I have used Eric Bates every time I have had my new GMC Sierra serviced and he always does a fantastic job. It has a small pop up camper on it so it I have used Eric Bates every time I have had my new GMC Sierra serviced and he always does a fantastic job. It has a small pop up camper on it so it needs a high bay and they are ready for my truck every time. The service is always completed within the time window that Eric gives me. If there is any glitch he calls me immediately to get it resolved. In addition Eric always has time to catch up on how things have been going. More

Great people,great quick service, but I just moved from Florida and my dealership there always washed my car after any service, but this dealership did not. They might not even have a car washing service for their patrons, but the service from drive up to drive out was good. A bit confusing where to go for the appointments, but once you,ve been there once it will be a breeze next time. Nice people! Eric was great. More
