The service appointment went as scheduled, PLUS! While checking in for my service appointment, I was advised about a recall (which I knew nothing about) on the vehicle. The service adviser told me th While checking in for my service appointment, I was advised about a recall (which I knew nothing about) on the vehicle. The service adviser told me they could fix the problem while the vehicle was there for service and that it would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. The scheduled service was performed and the recall problem was fixed and all was done in the 1 1/2 hours. That is customer service! More

AC stopped working-refrigerant recharged My Canyon's AC which is under warranty had stopped functioning due to a refrigerant leak. System had been recharged approx. a year prior. I contacted My Canyon's AC which is under warranty had stopped functioning due to a refrigerant leak. System had been recharged approx. a year prior. I contacted the service department and Eric scheduled an appointment for the next morning. A valve was replaced and system was recharged. Eric kept me updated on the repairs while I waited. The service was performed professionally and promptly. More
