He excels at diagnosis and always helps me make the best choice of service options presented. My cat is always teady when promised. Repairs ate alway done correctly and estimates always accurate. Best service department in town. They have new ownership so I hope they keep their service department intact—they have great mechanics and service staff!!! More

Free oil change! Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. The service appointment went as scheduled, PLUS! While checking in for my service appointment, I was advised about a recall (which I knew nothing about) on the vehicle. The service adviser told me th While checking in for my service appointment, I was advised about a recall (which I knew nothing about) on the vehicle. The service adviser told me they could fix the problem while the vehicle was there for service and that it would be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. The scheduled service was performed and the recall problem was fixed and all was done in the 1 1/2 hours. That is customer service! More
