However I had a very negative experience with Hans in the finance department both in telephone conversation and in person. He became rude and brusk when additional products or services were declined. All of the electronic documents signed the day before had to be repeated in his office. All of the paperwork was supposed to have been completed when I arrived. Instead I was left waiting 30 minutes outside his office. I asked how to register the vehicle? I asked how the payments were to be set up? He responded curtly I would receive information in the mail. Dealing with Hans was an unpleasant ending to my purchase. Hopefully he will gain skills dealing with the public. More
