All in all, it was a great experience and quick however they did forget to fill up the tank before I left then they did not tell us until we got the card that it only had one key. BUYER BEWARE! !!This dealership sold my husband and I a used vehicle that was unsafe to be on the road. Within 10 days, it was in the shop with a brake caliper that !!This dealership sold my husband and I a used vehicle that was unsafe to be on the road. Within 10 days, it was in the shop with a brake caliper that was locked, eating up the brake pad, ruining the rotor and so rusted it was breaking apart. The mechanic said that if it had been driven even 20 more miles, his brakes would have failed as my husband drove the beltway. My husband didn't feel it during the test drive because they had just put new brake pads on, which only took 10 days to tear them into shreds. We called the dealership and spoke to a manager named Anthony. He said he would have the general manager call us back and see what could be done for us. We have not heard a word. When I call back, I am put into voicemail or told everyone is in a meeting. In addition, there are leaks in the rear axle seals and the check engine light just came on. We paid a fair price for what we thought based on their quality inspection and testimony was a decent vehicle but couldn't be more unsatisfied with the vehicle or the dealership who has failed us miserably. More
