UPDATE: I knew that the vehicle was being purchased “as is” however they all failed to explain to me that it was a “DIY” car, let alone what a “DIY” car is when purchasing used. They boasted about how the brakes and oil change, were just done, and how it passed their multi point inspection (not to be confused with state inspections). The three weeks later, not even after having the car for a while month, but three weeks later, I get a light for low oil. When I checked the dipstick, there was basically no oil in it. whatever remnants there was on the tip of that dipstick was blacks we had to buy several quarts of oil to top of off, and it was so dirty every time we checked. We called the dealership, and come to find out, it’s a “DIY” car and they don’t get oil changes or inspections or any of the stuff that they so enthusiastically told me about. They didn’t tell me about anything that needed to be fixed, being a fix it yourself vehicle, so that I was at least informed about what I would have been getting myself into. They back tracked on it. Sam, the sales manager, offered an oil change, which didn’t take care of the leak, but at least it would put some new oil in the car. That’s another chapter. Don’t be afraid to take your time and ask lots of questions!!! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of three is because me and my husband really enjoyed talking to sam(?) about our dogs. The staff was very professional. everyone made us feel welcomed, including our dog. I loved how well spoken they were too. From department to department, they made our visit easy and seamless. I appreciated that Eric didn’t try to use any sale tactics or pressure to sell me on the car. I don’t like feeling like someone is trying to manipulate me, which he did not do. He sat back and allowed me to get a feel for the car myself and answered any questions I had. He made the process a breeze too. He explained everything as we went through it together and made it all so simple. And now, I have a new (used) car! Also, while we had originally inquired about the Gold/Beige 2006 Honda Accord, we missed the email that Gabe sent out as a reply. Sorry Gabe. I did have the pleasure of meeting him briefly, though. We had a nice, albeit brief chat. In that time, we were able to share a few laughs and pleasantries. I just wanted to give him some recognition as well. As we waited for my car to become ready to be driven off the lot, we spoke with a number of other sales people, all of whom were equally as pleasant as the next, most of whom’s names we did not catch. We did spend a lot of time with, and I’m about to butcher his name, sorry, Ramadon(sp?), though, sharing stories and bonding over dogs. Very nice and pleasant guy. EDIT: I think his name was SAM. sorry for mixing your name up!!! I’ve been around other dealerships before, none gave me an experience such as this one. More

Eric worked very hard to answer our questions and find us the best vehicle. He agreed to replace the shipped mirror at no charge with an upgraded mirror; however, his management then tried to force us to g the best vehicle. He agreed to replace the shipped mirror at no charge with an upgraded mirror; however, his management then tried to force us to get the chemical treatment package in order to get the mirror replacement; otherwise, we had to pay for the full mirror replacement. Since they would not honor the offer Eric made, we settled for the mirror that came with the vehicle as it had most features we wanted and was better than what was on the website. On the day of the sale, Eric set up an appointment for us at 2 PM. Shortly before 2 PM, we received an email reminding us of the appointment, so we made sure we arrived by 2 PM. Unfortunately, Eric was not there as he had to go on a test drive with some other potential customer. He showed up at 2:15 PM. Several questions on registration, titling of the car and taxes could not be answered by the dealer so we only paid for temporary tags and will have to go to the DMV to get our car registered with the correct MPG reading, full registration within a living trust, pay taxes, and get our license plates. This did NOT lead to a reduction in their large processing/documentation fee. The dealer forgot to credit our deposit on the final paperwork but refunded it to us the next day. We visited the parts department who were very helpful selling us some accessories we needed for the vehicle. The car was signed over to us at the dealership and was in excellent condition. Eric gave us a full run-through of the features and helped us connect our two phones to the Android Auto application in the vehicle. We had not planned on buying a vehicle this year but were forced when our prior Subaru was destroyed by an errant driver. Because of the whole tariff situation, we were told there were no negotiation allowed on price as illustrated by the mirror replacement. Thus, from a financial standpoint we were not happy with our purchase. More

First experience with dealer and Subaru when Hybrid Forester announced. Eric Bukhari and his team answered my questions and helped me order my desired build.
