Best car salesman EVER! I'm enjoying my brand new CLA 250 from Mercedes Benz of Birmingham just as much as I enjoyed my car salesman! When I told him I have had about a 20 year relationship with my sales rep Eric Burks. Over the years I have come to trust and value our relationship. When I told him that I needed a dependable car for my daughter and what I had in mind, he immediately sent me three vehicles to choose from. I ended up purchasing the first one he suggested. You cannot put a price on the service that he offers. I no longer feel as if I'm working with just a salesman, I feel as if I'm working a highly professional member of the family.
