I had lost my keys, and had to have my car towed there to have a new key made. While they had it, they looked it over and let me know what other things were needed, but we’re not high pressure about it. They have a new key made. Since buying our C-RV in 2018, we’ve had ongoing intermittent faults with the computer. The dealer has repaired the problem each time, only for the faults to reappear at some stage. The dealers s intermittent faults with the computer. The dealer has repaired the problem each time, only for the faults to reappear at some stage. The dealers staff were just as frustrated as me and were finally able to replace the defective unit. Since then, no problems. HOORAY! Nice work Honda of Ames! More

Technicians and service advisors both have a good understanding that my car is, well, cursed and they have taken great care of my car despite the fact that it has so many bizzare issues.
