They do decent work, but I'm still not to happy about schedule service. For example I believe if I have an appointment for 2:PM you would think I can wait for maybe two hours not four. If they can't start working on my car at the schedule time, why do I even bother setting up an appointment. They tell my we have a lot of cars to work on so we can't get to yours until later, I think you guys just over book. More

I’ve taking my Tacoma to local dealerships for service out of convenience. Since my truck is still under warranty I continue utilizing dealer service. I have found the local dealerships somewhat lacking a out of convenience. Since my truck is still under warranty I continue utilizing dealer service. I have found the local dealerships somewhat lacking and on more than one occasion I have had issues of trust and professionalism. I have had others highly recommend Longo for its integrity and professionalism but it is a bit of a drive. I now find the drive well worth it as my experience there was far beyond what I have been receiving up ‘till now. My service writer Steve was exceptional and now has all of my future business. Every one at every step was professional and helpful. The quality of work and the price was very exceptional. Not all dealerships charge the same and I can’t help but look back and see that there has been some inflated pricing from other dealerships. I highly recommend Longo Toyota and can assure them that will most definitely have all of my future business whether it be service or new vehicle purchases. More

I accidentally felt privilege that they have separate line just for newer car owners and it went quickly with my appointment.
