Check-In was great FAST & QUICK Check-Out was opposite of Check-In They said it's ready but still have to wait long WORKS & DOCUMENTATIONS : Nobody EXPLAIN to me what was done to my car opposite of Check-In They said it's ready but still have to wait long WORKS & DOCUMENTATIONS : Nobody EXPLAIN to me what was done to my car. What services were actually done Why other service was not done The PAPERWORKS or DOCUMENTS RECEIVED FROM THE CASHIER, WERE PRINTED THAT YOU COULD HARDLY READ THEM. YOU NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO BE ABLE TO READ THOSE TINY PRINTS. UNLIKE WHEN I USED TO BRING MY OLD CAR TO PEP BOYS They explain to me what was done What were their findings What are the recommendations Documents can easily be read & understood. More
