Eric provides excellent customer service and you can tell he enjoys his job. Brian Kurtz, Manager introduced himself and encouraged me to test drive a car. I eventually test drove a couple of cars and I bought my car from Sunrise!! Like I had mentioned before Matt Dickerson, Sales did a fine job of locating a very nice car for me. Overall, Sunrise offers a very positive environment for the consumer. Many car dealers I have visited in the past "I have pretty much run out the door" soon after my arrival. I am happy to report that I had a very positive buying experience from Sunrise Chevrolet. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is interested in purchasing/leasing a vehicle. More

I can't even begin to describe how smooth and painless the entire process was. Our salesman, Raul was helpful and friendly without applying any pressure (very refreshing that this is the s.o.p. at Sunrise). Once I had selected the vehicle, a 2016 Equinox which is GREAT, I also met and worked with Dan Schomer and Eric Claeson when finalizing the transaction. This is a VERY professional group of nice people. Dan Kurtz (general manager) has done a great job assembling the best car sales and customer satisfaction team I have encountered at a dealership. I will DEFINITELY return to Sunrise for my next vehicle! More

Beat experience I've ever had out of the many dealers I visi This has been the best dealer I have ever been to and I've purchased from quite a few dealers. I went in knowing the car I wanted (saw it online). I This has been the best dealer I have ever been to and I've purchased from quite a few dealers. I went in knowing the car I wanted (saw it online). I spoke with Javier Guzman as soon as I got there and told him about how I heard of them and the car I wanted. He showed me the car and described in detail everything I needed to know about the car. Now after looking at the car usually comes the dreadful part of going back and forth worth pricing and the dealer making you feel like it's their way or going home in the same car you came in. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT here, Javier showed me the price of the car, the tax and fees breakdown and the value of my car if i traded it in, and actual printed out from their system, not just written out like most dealers do and then try to get you to sign anywhere agreeing to the price. I felt like I was actually taken seriously here and they did their best to make it as easy and stress free as possible. No back and forth 20 times with the finance department like most dealers. If I every want another chevy car or any car I'm definitely checking with sunrise chevy first before I go anywhere else. I just hope Javier is still there if I ever need another car in the future. More

Great, No Pressure Experience! Javier and Eric were absolutely great! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Javier. Javier spent several hours with me looking at several different vehicles... Not once was he bothered by the time I was taking, In fact, he always made sure I was happy. After taking several test drives, I found the car I was most happy with. It was getting late, so I had to get going, however I was told that they could have everything ready for me tomorrow. When I showed back up at the dealer the following day, everything was ready! The car looked great, paperwork was all ready and Javier and Eric were waiting for me. Total time for all the paperwork you ask? 15 minutes TOPS! Eric was great! Got the payment I was looking for and was even able to get the extended warranty (I asked about it, I was not pressured in any way to buy one). I have bought over a dozen new vehicles and by far this was one of the best/easiest purchases I have made. I would HIGHLY recommend Sunrise Chevrolet, Javier and Eric. Thank you for making this so simple!!! More
