Roger Nicklaus' customer service skills and his attention to detail are outstanding. He went out of his way to ensure complete satisfaction in every way possible. He made finding and purchasing a used car an enjoyable experience with his sense of humor and personable demeanor. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him. Eric Claeson made the finance part of the deal go just as smooth as can be. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I also enjoyed Roger's tour of the service facilities and the showroom. It was nice to meet Bryan McNeilly in service for a brief chat. I plan to come back again for my next vehicle (a Chevy, of course)! I got what I would consider a gem of a car (2008 Chevy Impala with 9,275 miles on it!) at a very fair price.
