As soon as I walked into Sunrise I was greeted by Jose and Javier. They did everything possible to find us the car that we wanted. I was also treated in the nicest way by Eric. Of course we left with a car and we're extatic with our purchase. Kudos to all of these men that helped us. I normally take my car to be serviced at the Nissan dealership next door but I am sure that I will get the same service and friendliness that I received with the Sales crew. Great experience I went in December, and had the option to walk away and come back during the summer when my lease was up. However, I didn't have to and they didn't want me to leave. I ended up with the car I wanted with the extras I wanted. I can't complain, and I'm still happy. Fast forward 4 months, and my boyfriend was ready to end his lease and buy. We came back to sunrise because of my experience. Long story short, not only did Matt have a truck picked out prior to and it being exactly what we wanted, but we walked away from lease. We had to put more money down than wanted, but it's ok. In the end it's ours, and won't be turning it in bc of a lease. More

Unexpected Timing, But Sunrise Chevrolet Comes Through Again My daughter-in-law, Maria had the only vehicle large enough to fit the entire family, but was deemed "totaled" from the hard rain that flooded out all My daughter-in-law, Maria had the only vehicle large enough to fit the entire family, but was deemed "totaled" from the hard rain that flooded out all the panels including the wires. We just purchased my son's car from Sunrise Chevrolet, but didn't expect to purchase another so soon. Luciano "Primo" Garcia came to our rescue (again!) and helped us with a vehicle that fit 8, a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse! With 6 kids (5 that are 9 and under) including two in baby seats, the Traverse was a perfect match for the fast growing family! Primo was bombarded with phone calls from all three of us, as we needed to get something extremely quick, reasonably priced, dependable, large enough, and get financed again at a good rate! Not only did Primo come up with a plan that fit all of our needs, he was enabled to enact it in only one day! Kudos to you for all you did to get her family back on wheels! Talk about reversing roles - we were the ones pressuring not only Primo, but Finance Guru Eric Claeson, and Manager Dan Schomer, as well. Numbers crunched, paperwork was clean cut and ready for signature, I was so impressed of such little time it took to sign and drive off the lot! Now that we all have new cars from Sunrise Chevrolet, they just might be out of business from our family for a while, although one of my grandsons does turn 16 next year! We will definitely be back though - Great Service, Great People, Great Deal, Professionalism, Honest, Speedy Delivery, No Hassles, I am so impressed with Sunrise Chevrolet, my comments could go on and on. I only wish everyone could have this positive experience - and they would if they shopped for their next vehicle at Sunrise Chevrolet! More
