I just wanted to share my completely positive experience with other potential car buyers. This dealership has earned a overwhelming number of glowing reviews and its obvious they take great pride in everything they do. The bottom line is that this will be my first stop the next time anyone in my family needs a car. For those that want more detail, read on... If I had to summarize what makes them better than the rest, it's the following: 1) Ability to listen - They listened to me when I spoke about what my particular concerns/interests were in purchasing a new car. They listened to why I thought my car was worth a certain amount. There's a way to respectfully have a difference of opinion on subjects like this which ultimately facilitates an agreement. I've walked out of dealerships that were so intent on holding their ground that it became an emotional, adversarial conflict. Dan S. handled this in a uniquely professional way that I will always remember. 2) Product acumen - Cars are becoming high-tech instruments and Nick M. knows his stuff stone-cold. Companies can develop all of the cool products they want and spend a lot of money on marketing them, but if your sales force isn't fully engaged in learning about them and translating that value to customers, the effort will fall short. 3) Customer training - Nick did the best job of any sales rep I've EVER had in explaining all the cool features of my car. Specifically, he showed me how to set up the OnStar app on my mobile device, contact OnStar customer service to properly link it to my car, and finally actually use the technology within the car. This is cool stuff and it raises the value of the car in my eyes. He could easily take on a larger role in the company such as sales training, etc. 4) No "strongarm" tactics - How many times have you been to a dealership where the delivery/finance manager tries to put the screws to you for a few more bucks? That's not the case here. Eric was a consummate professional who showed me my options while respecting my decision at each turn. I called Sunrise to see if we would be able to get approved for a car. Javier was so helpful walking me through the steps we needed to take to get approved I faxed everything over and got the call that we could get approved for something. I got to sunrise 30 minutes before they closed and Javier and Eric both had no issue waiting. Javier didn't try to push anything on us and he was honest and genuine. He showed us a 2006 Buick with 20,000 in great condition as well as showing other cars we chose the Buick it was cheaper than the rest and less miles and not once did he try to push the more expensive cars on us. Eric was helpful as well getting us the best payment with a warranty included in a payment we could afford. I was so impressed and will be purchasing my cars through Sunrise in the future. The quality of the car, the price and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced! Thank you Sunrise Chevy!!!!! More

I reached out online and I was immediately contacted, during which I set a day and time to test drive the car. Jeff, was flexible with my time, and I never felt pressured. From the time I made it to the dealer for the test drive, and the moment I truly knew I wanted the car, the process was quick and seamless. I was actually thoroughly surprised, as I'd expected it to take longer. I was done within two hours. I was quickly financed and Eric was just as professional and courteous when assisting me with the final paperwork. I'll tell anyone who asks, that they should purchase their next vehicle from Sunrise Chevrolet. I'm a little partial due to my experience so I'd definitely be recommending that they specifically work with Jeff. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his professionalism and timeliness.
