The service is great. After the repair, they noticed a defect in the closing of the gas cover. I was impressed by the explanation of the service manager, what the company will do to correct it. As of today I am still waiting on the report showing the programming of my car was done successfully. I took my car in for a Cas Module now every light is on the dash and Jordan the service advisor refuses programming of my car was done successfully. I took my car in for a Cas Module now every light is on the dash and Jordan the service advisor refuses to reprogram the car as I had it checked yesterday and everyone believes the programming was not complete. Also I was dropped off while I waited on my car and then they forgot about me so I had to Uber to the dealership only to get there and find issues with my car. The paper floor mat was left inside, my car left sitting there and no service advisor to go over what was done. I didn’t even get an apology for no one coming back to get me. Overall this is the worst BMW which makes sense because they aren’t a fully operating BMW. They are a Mini Cooper store. I also have proof that I had no issues with my car aside from the Cas Module needing to be replaced now everything says it’s malfunctioning. Which makes no sense. I should’ve went to Reeves😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 More

Waited 2 1/2 hours to have an oil change, inspection and have my rear driver taillight repaired. Only to be driving home and being pulled over by an officer because said light was hanging out. When I pull have my rear driver taillight repaired. Only to be driving home and being pulled over by an officer because said light was hanging out. When I pulled over to check was was wrong, I realized that my bumper had been damaged during the repair. I must say the service manager Eric stepped up to take care of the problem the next day. Still waiting to hear what will be done. More

Better than Reeves but waiting room is sparse, small, crowded, not particularly clean and it is a mess getting in and out due to construction of the nearby bridges and the dealership itself. Am not impressed with now my 4th bmw delivery experience. Lacked some matts they were supposed to give me as part of the deal, car had several issues with paint etc. I've never experienced with a bmw, not their fault but can't someone in vehicle prep see paint drips are scratched parts of the car? More

After reviewing the recommended repairs that your part changer list for my Mini, I decided to get a second opinion. It turns out that the oil leak was from the main engine seal and not from the three loc changer list for my Mini, I decided to get a second opinion.
