Audi Cary buying experience was a cool as my new A6 I had been driving my BMW 5 series for a decade and it was time for change. I liked the looks and what I had heard about the performance of the new A I had been driving my BMW 5 series for a decade and it was time for change. I liked the looks and what I had heard about the performance of the new A6, and drove out to Audi Cary to take a look. Met Eric Danford who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Test drove the A6, but couldn't find one on the lot i liked. Eric was happy to work with me on ordering one with just the bells and whistles I wanted. He also was able to obtain some incentives that made the deal pretty sweet. Picking up the A6 and completing the paperwork was about as easy as it gets. Eric spent a while giving me a tutorial on the cars bells and whistles. Overall, a 6 star experience with Eric and Audi Cary. More

Good salesmanship I was recently in the market for a new car after owning a Mercedes CLS for 13 years (which I purchased from Leith Mercedes). I do not enjoy car shopp I was recently in the market for a new car after owning a Mercedes CLS for 13 years (which I purchased from Leith Mercedes). I do not enjoy car shopping as I believe women are not usually treated with respect. I had a list of 5 possible matches and drove all of them at various dealerships. I had significantly different experiences at each dealership. Eric Danford (at Cary Audi) stood out as one of the best salesmen I encountered. I set an appointment with him prior to my visit and he honored my time (which another salesman at a nearby dealership did not). He greeted me professionally and tried to understand my needs and interest in the A7 (which I had never driven). Unfortunately there was not a car on the lot that matched my criteria. As a professional salesman, however, he offered me an alternative model to drive and then volunteered to find a car that matched my desires (primarily color and interior). Our test drive was one of the best I received. He reviewed many features of the car (it was obvious he really liked the A7 and he shared his personal experience of owning Audis for many years) and made sure I was familiar with the various functions and options. We located a car that might work at a sister dealership in Raleigh (nearer to my home). I drove there to take a look. It seemed like it might fit but it, too, wasn't quite right. I returned the next day (a very busy Saturday) and Eric worked me in. I took a second test drive. I still wasn't quite convinced. Eric promised to locate a car that matched what I was looking for. He sent me a few options that he could bring in if I wanted. I appreciated all of his hard work and his sincerity in wanting to find the right car for me. (After visiting several dealerships, I can tell you - his professionalism and interest in me was rare!). Unfortunately, the A7 was not the car I ultimately purchased. If it would have been, I would have purchased it from Eric. I highly recommend him and would gladly send any friends and family to him should they be in the car market. He is what you hope for when you set out to buy a car. More

However, the experience at Audi in Cary was refreshingly pleasant. Eric Danford, Sales, was extremely nice, honest, and understanding. I would highly recommend Eric if you're in the market for a car, especially an Audi (his passion). I also met with Hugh, Finance, and he was extremely nice and welcoming. Check this dealer out, but more specifically, talk to Eric if you're interested in a car. Thanks for making my experience a pleasant one. More
