A Stand-out Experience! It has been a week since we drove home our preowned Q5, and we are still gushing over the service provided by Eric Danford! We couldn't believe that our car buying trip started and ended with Audi Cary, and that too within 4-5 hours. Eric was very responsive from the get go. He had the cars ready for test drive as requested and was helpful without being pushy (at all). He took his time in learning what we were looking for, and supplied those informations and more! He showed us some options and did not rush us in the decision making process. The bit we appreciated the most - the unhurried manner in which Eric demonstrated the car's functions/capabilities AFTER the sale was completed and when we were about to drive home. That alone set him apart from the other sales persons we have worked with before. Gene was just as pleasant and helpful, and we truly appreciated the speed and efficiency in which our paperwork was handled. Excellent experience I was looking at purchasing a used A6 and so Audi Cary was my first stop. I am very picky when it comes to options, and since I was buying used it was I was looking at purchasing a used A6 and so Audi Cary was my first stop. I am very picky when it comes to options, and since I was buying used it was difficult to find something in inventory that matched all of my criteria - I did find my dream car with every option, but it ended up being 3,000 miles away. While I didn't purchase anything through Audi Cary, I am having my car serviced through them, mostly because my experiences with Eric were 110% positive - I definitely did NOT feel like I was in a "regular" dealership with high-pressure salesmen. That feeling of cordiality was what had me deciding on Audi Cary for servicing, and I should say the service department has been just as great of an experience. More

My entire experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end, due in great part to Eric Danford. Eric is amazing and was a joy to work with - his knowledge and passion made this much more than just a car buying experience. He was always friendly, always accommodating and willing to answer any and all questions my husband and I had. He even suggested I drop by after driving the car for awhile in case I have additional questions or want to further discuss the car’s features. I feel that I could contact him at any point in the future, whether a week or a year, and he would be happy to help - that means a great deal to me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We got exactly what we wanted. I had a very specific request of color and Interior and Eric tracked down exactly what we wanted and had it shipped in. We also had to leave some tires from our trade in behind at the dealership until we were able to pick them up. The dealership was more than accommodating. Eric took the time to explain all of the advanced features of our new Audi, and even made sure I could work the self park feature. :) More
