Beautiful Vehicles and Easy Purchase Eric was really helpful in our search for the right SUV. We considered several makes and models, including Ford, Acura, Honda and Lexus. Eric was spot on w/ all our questions and concerns, and lead us thru our process of purchasing a 2015 Audi A4, with no heartburn. The whole experience at Audi of Cary was a joy to buy a car from them. Again from Eric, Bobby and Gene is was a pleasure and we will definetly be back. More

He did mention my car had front pa Overall, my experience with Audi of Cary was a very pleasant one, my salesman Eric was very kind and accommodating. He did mention my car had front parking assistance, after purchase I found out it in fact doesn’t. Not a deal breaker, we all make mistakes. In total I highly recommend Eric and plan to do business with him again. As for their used car department, they did put new tires on the car before purchase which is nice, but my air filter is disgusting. A huge disappoint with my car coming from a dealer as respected as Audi. More

We call Eric Danford the salesman ask if he would take a few more pictures of this car. It had to be close to there closing time but he went that extra step for us. After reviewing the new pictures we came down met Eric did our test drive of the car. Their was one thing that needed fixing Eric made sure that happen. This clearly was the best experience I've had. Pleasant and quick experience Eric Danford was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I test drove a car with him on a Saturday and purchased it on a Wednesday. He answered all my questions and was very patient in showing me all info related to the car including previous history and all checks performed prior to certification. When I went Wednesday to get the car he had already prepared the paperwork and I was quite pleased that I was in and out in less than an hour. Would highly recommend Eric to anyone interested in an Audi and he would definitely be my go to guy next time I’m in the market for one. More

We exchanged many a laugh during our lengthy visit, Eric D. made us feel at ease from the start. He is very professional, knowledgeable and affable. We exchanged many a laugh during our lengthy visit, looking at different models of Audi and test driving. He answered all questions in a very professional manner, treated us with respect at all times and listened closely to our concerns. He thankfully refrained from the typical sales pressure so often found at other car dealers. He was approachable and reasonable and when I had a specific request, he followed up and made it possible for me to buy a car which had previously not been available. He also exhibited much patience when explaining all the features and functions of the car. I will highly recommend him to friends and family, and I will gladly return to him for another deal another time. More
