Audi@its best performance I came in for maintenance on my A4 early May, and started looking for my next lease option. As Chris was tied up w/another buyer, Eric D stepped in I came in for maintenance on my A4 early May, and started looking for my next lease option. As Chris was tied up w/another buyer, Eric D stepped in to assist. I couldn't ask for better service, although we couldn't come to an agreement on numbers. The next 45 days still entailed my search for the most suitable vehicle. Eric was direct and committed this whole process. As my decision was ending on what I wanted and willing to pay for, Eric was still there every step of the way. In the end, the process didn't work in my favor. After saying "goodbye" and moving on to experience other, I had one final question, and called Eric for what still had to do with my A4. He never once made me feel as if I was burden. Advised my exacts and provided value information with exceptional service. Audi Cary has always been good to me, but even till the end, Eric made my perception that much clearer. More
