We went to Audi Cary without any expectations of buying a car on the spot, our budget was under 25-35k and we were really just looking to see what was available and how some used vehicles were priced. Eric was great and even worked with us on the budget, finding us a great deal on a mint Q3 with no accidents or issues. The whole team then stayed 3 hours after close to get us taken care of! The whole process felt seemless and in no way were we pressured to buy anything. Eric definitely wanted to give us a great experience.
