Eric moved my appointment up to fit my schedule to test drive the car. Before I even saw the car, he told me that he advocated for 4 new tires, wipers, and an oil change before the car was sold. Throughout the entire process he was so reassuring, professional and patient with me. He was not pushy whatsoever and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process. When I returned this afternoon to finalize the purchase, the whole staff congratulated me by name and the car was waiting for me with a bow on top.
