How easy can it be ! I met Eric for the first time that morning, great guy. I told him a few of my concerns with respect to my vehicle and he soon put my mind at ease. I expected my truck to be in the shop all day and possibly having to pick it up the next morning so when Eric called just after noon, I was quite surprised. Everything had been taken care of in record time and when I saw Eric he explained all. It was the first time that I had maintenance work done at Tasca in Cranston and I was so pleased at the professionalism and efficiency I experienced that it was almost a pleasure spending my money. Eric D is a rock star! Found myself with an issue on my 2013 F150. Turned over, but would not start. Got it to Tasca and spoke with Eric D. Even though He was off the clock, Found myself with an issue on my 2013 F150. Turned over, but would not start. Got it to Tasca and spoke with Eric D. Even though He was off the clock, He stayed with me while Chris wrote up the service order. He made sure I had a ride home before he left. Not having an appointment was a big factor in being told it might be 3-4 days before I get it back. The following day, Eric saw to it that I got on the schedule, and got my repairs done quickly, keeping in touch all the way. Cannot say enough about the customer service aspect of this. It was outstanding! More
