Always a pleasant experience for sales and service. Eric in Service kept me updated while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. we brought our 2006 ford fusion for winterization & eric met with us re other areas needing service now -we agreed-we were provided a ride home(service parts were to be ordered and would take more than a da met with us re other areas needing service now -we agreed-we were provided a ride home(service parts were to be ordered and would take more than a day to arrive-we were kept informed on progress-the car was ready as of thursday am hour-again we were provided a ride to tasca & promptly given prompt attention and breeakdown of all items on the invoice & savings!now we are all set & reeady state inspection in february!WELL DONE! Was initially disappointed that my recall part wasn’t in for my scheduled appointment to replace it, otherwise very courteous and was able to utilize their shuttle each way since my wife had surgery and can for my scheduled appointment to replace it, otherwise very courteous and was able to utilize their shuttle each way since my wife had surgery and cannot drive.I was called the next day informed the part was in, rescheduled for next Monday, but I had to go out twice instead of once More

The Covid problem has impacted all of us and doing business has changed quite a bit but I can say at Tasca Service you still make it a good experience. Of course comuncating is a little difficult talk business has changed quite a bit but I can say at Tasca Service you still make it a good experience. Of course comuncating is a little difficult talking through our masks and seeing each other's faces half hidden is a little strange. I met a new service Rep. and while I might not recognize him without the mask I will remember him for his attention to my concerns and his follow up. Our service needs went great. Made an appointment for an airbag recall then needed to add on to my appointment due to a check engine light and a low tire pressure. Worked with Eric to have my car checked out and found out I had some o add on to my appointment due to a check engine light and a low tire pressure. Worked with Eric to have my car checked out and found out I had some other things I need to get fixed as well as some overdue maintenance. Ended up getting 4 new hires as well. Eric kept in contact with me and asked every time if I needed a loaner vehicle. Will continue to bring my business to Tasca Cranston RI. More
