You can't fix it if it's not broke I rate Tasca's performance 100%. I couldn't have experienced anything more perfect. Expecially under the stress of the COVID circumstances. Eric in the service department found me the best service deals available from Ford. He told me when I dropped my car off what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. When he called me to let me know the car was ready the cost was EXACTLY what he said it was going to be. Not a penny more. You can't fix something that's not broken. Don't change a thing. More

Scheduled Maintenance Visit Friendly staff, even during the Corona Pandemic. Thoughtful layout for social distancing, and still first rate service like nothing is going on in th Friendly staff, even during the Corona Pandemic. Made a couple of suggestions to me (which were helpful) and the visit was pretty quick. Having purchasing a few vehicles at Tasca, I can say that the continuity of employees like Eric DeFalco and my salesman (who stopped to share notes on home improvements we were both presently doing on our homes) shows you the why folks like me are loyal to this dealership. I trust them, and they are not phonies. For a big dealership, they have the style and attitude of your "old time" mechanic from the neighborhood. It's not "Mr.Medeiros," it's "Hi Tony, what going on today?" That's how I do business. Other firms could learn a thing or two from guys like Eric, and Don Mailloux. More
