I have been a customer of Bob’s and Toyota of Braintree for almost 10 years. Bob will bend over backwards to make sure you have the car that you want at the best price possible. Greg, Max, Kevin, Eric, Lenny, Carlos, Bob, and Arthur were all great to work with. I was very apprehensive going to a dealer, had only purchased cars from private sellers but the whole crew at Tufankjian were all great to work with. I was very apprehensive going to a dealer, had only purchased cars from private sellers but the whole crew at Tufankjian were not high pressure, answered my million questions (multiple times), and were very patient. The owner (Greg) introduced himself and we chatted for a bit about the car I bought, which added to my comfort level. Excited to now have a 4runner and will be happy to do business with this dealership again in the future. Nice people through and through. More
