His knowledge and patience throughout the entire process really impressed us. He made everything easy from the beginning to the end. Emmanuel was considerate and understanding in the fact that I did not grasp all of the hi-tech devices in the car. He explained them in a simple and easy manner. He was clear and patient, giving me time to think about my purchase. It couldn't have been a better experience. Fred did the financing with me and it was another easy and clear process. I have raved more about my experience than about my new vehicle, which was as clean as if it were brand new, which also had not been my experience elsewhere.
