Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this dealership! We were interested in buying a Sienna that was being sold here. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle avai We were interested in buying a Sienna that was being sold here. I contacted Bob Hadges and he was keeping me updated on the status of the vehicle availability till the date we actually came for a test drive as we are 1 hr away from the dealership. Upon arrival, Bob introduced us to Sam Zaidan and we took a test drive. Sam was very courteous with no pressure selling tactics that you might encounter at other dealerships. Post test drive we got quotes on the trade in and there were negotiations began to arrive at a mutually accepted price. Sunny Ahuja came into the picture here and like Sam, was pleasent to deal with. We finalized at a price that worked for both of us. The closing of the deal was also very quick and pain free. Took close to 1 hr, which is great IMHO. I am very happy with everyone with whom we had interaction with. Each and everyone was courteous, professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends! Thanks Sam, Sunny, Bob and Eric! More

Great buying experience! I dealt mostly with Eric, the Great buying experience! I dealt with Eric, the internet manager via email before coming in and meeting Sam, my salesman. Eric was great, he 100% honest and easy to correspond with. Sam was awesome too! Sam was a no pressure type of guy, which I really enjoyed. He was knowledgeable about the Toyota Sienna and the great deal that Eric (the internet guy) offered was the great deal I got from Sam. Sam treated us like family and was very good with my kids. There was absolutely no playing around with numbers from anyone in the dealership and trust me, I met so much of their staff. I met so many because literally everyone that walked by, introduced themselves and stopped to chat. Brian, the finance guy was easy to deal with, went over all the financing options and warranties available but never pressured me into purchasing any of them. Dave, a manager chatted with myself and my family several times, even writing on my sales paperwork “every patient deserves a nurse”, when he found out I was an RN. This is a phrase that shows great support to nurses and was very appreciated. This is my third time buying a brand new Toyota but my first experience buy at Toyota of Braintree but trust me, it won’t be my last. We are enjoying our new Sienna! Thanks to everyone that made this experience awesome! More

Terrific price brought me in to meet Eric Franke. He TO’d me to Matthias Suarez in sales -who was terrific to deal with. Bought the ‘19 Avalon Touring. Got a Fair trade for my old 2002 Avalon.Toyota financing simple and clearly explained. We met and agreed on Tuesday - car delivered next day. I am SOLD on T of B! More

Not Your Typical Dealership Experience! After doing some research on various new Toyota models, I decided to come to Toyota of Braintree, to look at a new Highlander. This part of the proces After doing some research on various new Toyota models, I decided to come to Toyota of Braintree, to look at a new Highlander. This part of the process was super easy. After walking in I was introduced to Carlos A. who was my salesperson. Carlos was very friendly throughout the entire process and took the time to go above and beyond describing the different features of the Highlander. With the help of the sales manager Carlos O., we came to a fair agreement on price fairly quickly. Arthur was my finance person and made the finance process just as quick and easy as the sales process. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership and will definitely not be my last. Kudos to Toyota of Braintree for the quick and easy process in getting into a new Highlander! More
