Someone was working on something for us while someone else was discussing things with us. Unlike a lot of other dealerships which can be very pushy and upset when you do not agree with them. I can say all 3 employees that my father and i worked with were very friendly, professional, and made the process very satisfying and comfortable. Double checking everything to ensure everything was accurate and guided us step by step on what needed to happen next. I would highly recommend going to this dealership just solely based on the customer service from these 3 employees. Thank You for everything! More

Gerry Gorham made the process of buying a car much more smooth because of his genuinely pleasant demeanor. It was not his expertise in the car I was buying that impressed me (which was more than informativ smooth because of his genuinely pleasant demeanor. Before my encounter with Gerry, I dealt with approximately 4 other car dealership salesmen (not Toyota) and I felt that every one of them was trying to fleece me. I would rather get a root canal than deal with a pushy salesman. As soon as I met Gerry, I felt at ease that I was not going to get swindled and and even enjoyed my time selecting my car. The bottom line is this: I presume that most car salesmen are experts in cars, but not all of them are able to genuinely connect to another human. His "laid back" and "non pushy" demeanor is what sealed the deal (along with the actual low monthly cost of a 2020 Camery).
