Purchased a Toyota Sienna This was my first experience purchasing a car in over ten years. A lot has changed in the technology an features offered in newer cars, as well as in the browsing, negotiating and purchasing processes. I was helped by Viet Vu and Sunny Ahuja at Toyota of Braintree. Viet was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered each of my questions thoroughly and carefully. I never got an feelings of dishonesty or exaggeration when he was describing options to me, the way I used to years ago when interacting with some auto dealers. He was forthcoming with both the pros and cons of each vehicle I considered, and that built trust for me. After the sale, he sat with me in the new car for as long as my questions lasted, helping me connect my phone to Bluetooth, etc. Sunny helped me with the business end of the purchase. There is plenty of paperwork when purchasing, and I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed. He carefully explained each document and put and concerns to rest for me. Carlos Ortega was another sales person who helped me feel secure and confident in my decision, without being pushy. Again, this helped build trust and made me confident that I was in the right place. Eric Francke explained all the service schedules to me, I felt very good about what was being offered in terms of future services and warranty. He like the other employees did not rush me and acted truly sincere and helpful. Finally, when I first arrived at the showroom, Bob Hadges greeted me. I happened to arrive a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment with sales, and instead of just having me wait, Bob immediately took em to the car I was interested in and gave a thorough overview of its featurs. One of the best things about this dealership compared to others I visited in the past two weeks was that I never felt that my time was being wasted or that I was being strung along. Everyone was punctual, efficient and friendly. Overall I was VERY pleased with everyone I encountered at Toyota of Braintree. Lastly, I will say that as parent in Braintree and an employee of the town of Braintree, I am aware that this dealership does more than its fair share to give back to the community. Therefore I was very happy that I was able to purchase from them and look forward to receiving more quality service from them in the future. More

They were all professional, courteous and respectful of my wife and me. Our sales person Ruben Bourguignon made us immediately comfortable. No hard sell. He listened very carefully. We bought a car. The whole process took about 2 hours and I have to say it was almost fun. I've bought a lot of cars in my life. It has never gone this smoothly from start to finish. I feel skeptical when I was reading the reviews online. Everyone is saying good words about this dealership which to me it is too good to be true from my past experience. However, after my personal experience in this dealership, I have to tell you that all those good words you read are the fact reflecting the employees. Shane Paiva are super nice and helpful to identify the car that best fit our needs. Shane and Kenny Tempro also make sure their great services don't stop after you've signed the contract which was my past experience from a VW dealership. Their great services continue until you have driven your dream car away. Oh, forgot to mention that they even went to the auction to retrieve my parking pass because I left it in the old car. No other dealership can beat this one. I truly recommend Toyota of Braintree to anyone who is still browsing around and struggling which dealership you should go first.
