We bought a 2018 Highlander XLE from Toyota of Braintree after reaching out to six dealerships over the internet. Eric Francke responded to our specs for a new SUV promptly and with a vehicle in stock we were looking for. He answered all our questions by e-mail and was patient and flexible with us in arranging an appointment to test drive the car. He also assisted in chasing now information and concerns we had and handed off much of the rest of the process to Joe Lawlor. Joe Lawlor was a gem! He took us out for a test drive after showing us how key features of the SUV worked. He patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions. When we made our decision to buy the vehicle, Joe and Eric efficiently work through the paper work process, which was hassle free without any pressure whatsoever. I can tell you that price, full disclosure, honesty, integrity and no sense of pressure or a "sales job" being imposed on my wife or I were essential elements of why we followed thru and completed the purchase with Toyota of Braintree, rather than one of the other competitive internet offers we received. And finally, Joe Lawlor handled the process the very next morning after the commitment to purchase the car had been made. The dealer installed options were installed flawlessly and Joe Lawlor took the time to help us program key features on the Touch Screen Display as well as demonstrate other operating features of the vehicle. The SUV was carefully prepped to our satisfaction. And we could not have had any nicer or more competent and experienced car dealer employees than we had in this car buying experience. Quite a refreshing change from another dealership nearby that I won't name where they were sooo obviously trying to wear us out doing the "sit" and bringign in a sales manager to take over the talks, etc. We ended up walking out and trying Toyota of Braintree for the first time. Joe welcomed us and couldn't have been more relaxed and honest, up front. There was just none of the uneasieness, rush to question or sizing up that you get elsewhere from sales people. We hadn't expected to buy that day but the process was so smooth we left with huge smiles and a great deal. Arthur in finance office was totally transparent and no shenanigans at the last minute. Will definitely recomment and return. More
