As the Internet Sales Manager at Toyota Braintree, he lives by the principle that consumers are looking for clear and concise information on product availability, features, and price, without the ambiguity that other dealers may employ. Since coming to Toyota of Braintree, Toyota of Braintree has consistently been one of the highest rates Toyota dealerships in the country, as well as winning the Dealerrater Toyota dealer of the year award multiple times. Fantastic Experience It's easy to see why they have won awards for being the best Toyota dealership. Personnel are very professional but with no pressure. We did not walk out of the dealership with an overwhelming feeling or that we had been pressured to buy. Our new Camry is the 5th purchase from Toyota of Braintree dating back to the days they were Toyota of Weymouth. Joey Foy was a pleasure to work with- very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Service department (especially Amanda Fournier and Brian Mannering) are also excellent without trying to sell you extra/unneeded service. Dave and Greg Tufankjians greet us as if we are family. Always a pleasant experience. More

No hard pushy sales My experiences buying a car have airways been pretty bad until now. In the past its always been pushy and condescending. I'd get told that a certain p My experiences buying a car have airways been pretty bad until now. In the past its always been pushy and condescending. I'd get told that a certain price is only good for today (so I'd better hurry up and just buy it already), or other stuff like that. I don't know if this experience was better because 8 years have past since I last bought a car, that I'm buying used rather than new a this time, Toyota vs Honda, this particular dealership, our specific sales person, or the fact that we came in with a very specific model, year, and price we were willing to pay based on online research. But whatever it was, everything was pretty good. We even got treated to lunch in their cafe. My only negatIves were the sheer number of pieces of paper we had to sign, the slight pressure to buy an extended warranty (sorry guys, but part of what I'm shopping certain brands for is reliability), and the fact that to get the free oil changes and service in the first year we have to go to that location which is out of our way. More

Friendly and knowledgeable I had the opportunity to work with Brad Viglione in the purchase of my 2014 Scion. Brad was knowledgable and very kind. Never felt like that I as a person was just part of a "deal.' He really did the work of finding the best price on a car that would best suit my needs. I also had the chance to meet Eric Francke from the service department and Ian from the loan/financial side of things. There was no hard sell, just "how can we help?' This is a first in over 45 years purchasing cars. Thank you Brad, Eric, Ian, David and Greg. Definitely will take my car for service there again, so see you in 5000 miles. More

Eric was my initial contact, and helped with my questions. He must have felt my vibe, because he led me right to Sunny. Being a Real Estate associate, I know the bad rap a sales person can get. I don't sell houses, I try to build relationships. Sunny is an EXCEPTIONAL sales person and truly made me feel comfortable. He was very informative and professional. It is obvious his goals are not to sell cars, but to build relationships with his customers! My kind of guy.....a true keeper. Ian was my finance person and was an absolute pleasure to work with also! I highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota! oh, and my new Highlander is pretty sweet too! More

Easy and Straightforward After 12 years and 170,000 with my first Prius, I was ready to trade it in for a newer model. Browsed Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned site and found wha After 12 years and 170,000 with my first Prius, I was ready to trade it in for a newer model. Browsed Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned site and found what I was looking for at Toyota of Braintree. Made an appointment for a test drive the next day. The whole experience was positive. The trade-in value they offered was exactly what my car was worth and I got a good deal on 2015 Prius that I purchased. As a New Hampshire resident I had to take delivery of the car over the border. Ruben drove the 1 1/2 hours to my town hall to register the car and drove my trade-in back to Braintree. The easiest car purchase I have ever made! I highly recommend Ruben and his team. More
