The service department is top-notch! The service department at Toyota Braintree is top-notch! My 2008 Rav4 had a steering wheel spiral cable recall repair at the end of 2014. The repai The service department at Toyota Braintree is top-notch! My 2008 Rav4 had a steering wheel spiral cable recall repair at the end of 2014. The repair went well except that the snapping mechanism of the steering shaft column covers was damaged when technician put them back due to the nature of plastic part. After I reported the issue to the service department, both Ken Roadriques and Brian Mannering responded to my email and assured me that they will stand behind their service. Brian ordered the new shaft column covers and notified me in mid January. I was not able to make the trip due to the severe weather and the work until yesterday. I met with Brian and discussed with him about this matter as well as the concerns on the squeaking belt noise from the pulley developed during the extreme weather in the past 2 months. Brian was patient to listen to me and is knowledgeable to diagnose the problems. My experience with him was very pleasant. Brian makes repair recommendations based on the actual need rather than trying to promote the sales of the services. If you take your car to Braintree Toyota for services, I recommend asking for Brian Mannering who is one of the best mechanical engineers there. More

The day we walked in to Toyota we were greeted with warm friendly smiles from everybody. Erwin Amboy who worked with us patiently,answered our question with competence and honesty, greatly helped us to decide between leasing,buying used or new or what was based on our needs. We told him what our budget was . Erwin with his manager Brian Mcgrath and Eric Franke all helped us purchased our car within our budget. Friendly group that was helpful in getting the deal done I came in on a used Toyota Highlander that they had just marked down in price to well below book value. I had been looking around for a few weeks and I came in on a used Toyota Highlander that they had just marked down in price to well below book value. I had been looking around for a few weeks and knew that it was a great car at a great price. I called them up and asked them if I could put down a deposit over the phone to make sure it did not get away. I had some circumstances that made it hard for my wife to get in to see the car, so after I officially gave them a deposit on the car, they let me take it home overnight so that she could see it and I could come back and close the deal the next day. I came back and we got everything wrapped up within a couple of hours. If I was wavering at all or wanted to negotiate more, the deal might have felt a little high pressure, but I wanted to get it done, so it just felt easy. Also, I am not one for warranties, but they offer a $0 deductible Toyota warranty good at any Toyota dealership that was attractive and seems comprehensive. It could still turn out to be a waste of money, but seemed like a good deal at the time. More
