As a first time buyer of a vehicle, my experience was very simplified, and made easy for me throughout the processing. Even with my family members who were already car owners, they said that the staff we very simplified, and made easy for me throughout the processing. Even with my family members who were already car owners, they said that the staff were exemplary and among some of the finest they have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Erwin our seller, not only approached us before we even needed to inquire about the purchase of a vehicle, but he also made the process of selecting a suitable vehicle for our needs very easy. His friendliness made it very easy to talk to him and he was also very personable and down to earth, characteristics that make it enjoyable to return and see him again. Erwin also took the initiative in asking ahead of time before the pick-up for additional services to be performed on the car, so that upon arrival, everything would be taken care of. That is planning and time management at its best. His associate, Bob was very clear cut and definitive in explaining the different aspects of the financial process that left very few questions unanswered. Bob was also a friendly associate and his attitude made getting through the dull and long process much more tolerable. Although met with briefly, Eric also did a good job in setting a future appointment and going over the details of the process. His attitude follows suit with his associates in terms of excellence. Overall, the experience was very much enjoyable, and less taxing than it would've normally been for most buyers at other dealerships. The employees are exemplary in their trade, and the service they offer is outstanding. I would personally like to thank them for their hard work and make note that they should be commended as such. More

This is the second time I have purchased a new car from Tufankjian and I am 100% certain that I will return to this dealership for my next new car when the time comes. I am a 44 yo, newly divorced physician and mother of two. Frankly, I was not looking forward to trying to buy a new car without the help of a male...then I remembered the pleasant experience I had purchasing my minivan in 2011 from Tufankjian. Kenny Tempro was the Tufankjian Employee I worked with last time and I was delighted and so relieved to work with this intelligent, honest and extremely charming car salesman again. Working with Kenny felt like working with a family member. Not once did I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. This was the easiest, fastest, most pleasant car purchase that I ever made. Kenny welcomed me, my 11yo son and 10 yo daughter as we selected the Toyota Highlander Limited. Kenny showed extraordinary patience and professionalism as I haggled over the color with my kids and 4 relatives by phone! My children selected Blizzard Pearl and immediately nicknamed her Pearlie! The day our new car, Pearlie, arrived was perhaps among the happiest days of my life second only to the births of my children and divorce from my now ex-husband. :-) I LOVE MY CAR!!!! The Toyota Highlander Limited is THE perfect size and has the perfect level of posh that I was looking for with its sumptuous leather/woodgrained interior. Simply fabulous! No one likes to spend money in this economy.When I do make large purchases, I want to know the details. I have met no financial officer more precise and details oriented than Mr. Bob Hadges. This man is simply amazing. Bob patiently answered all of my questions and those of my lawyer little brother (by phone) before they even left my mouth! Working with him took away any ounce of anxiety I had around buying a new car. Bob was so informative, kind, patient and just smart all wrapped up into one. He knows and performs his job so well. Again, I felt like I was working with a member of my family rather than a finance person. The Toyota Highlander has an amazing navigation system. Thank goodness for car salesmen like Socrates Lubin who took over one hour going over the entire car with me...especially the high tech navigation system. It is fitting that his first name is Socrates as he fits right into the brilliance of this dealership! Again, as I worked with Socrates, I felt as if I was working with a family member. He was so friendly and incredibly knowledgable. I felt that I could ask this young man just about anything pertaining to my new car and he took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. It is fitting that Tufankjian calls itself a family dealership. You will feel welcomed, well informed, and satisfied with your car purchase. I have experienced this not once but twice with this dealership. If you are looking for a new Toyota, Tufankjian of Braintree is the place to go for your new car. By far the best car-buying experience I've had, or even witnessed. Eric Francke saw me through the early stages of buying a car from a distance, and Sunny helped me on the day I came to pick my new ca even witnessed. I had spent all day shopping for different vehicles and was burnt out. I called the dealership and spoke with Erik and told him what I was looking for. He was very helpful and did not give me the run around I had received elsewhere. I came in and Erik was with a customer but had arranged for Ian to take care of me. Erik had already explained to Ian what I needed and Ian was ready to help the moment I walked in the door. Ian put everything into motion and helped speed along the process of leasing the vehicle that was right for me. He respected my choice of vehicle and did not pressure me to buy a more expensive model or add on features that I did not want or need. This was very refreshing compared to all my prior visits to car dealerships. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt as if I was buying a car from a friend and not a salesperson. The price was excellent too. There was no haggling at all. The price they presented to me was almost $200 a month less expensive than the price originally presented to me at a rival dealership earlier in the day. I will highly recommend Ian and the entire staff to anyone I know looking to get a new vehicle. More
