I began the process of purchasing a 2013 Toyota Corrolla by requesting a price quote from Toyota of Braintree via email. Ian was very friendly and knowledgable about my vehicle. The whole process of perchasing my new vehicle was stress free and actually kind of fun. Except for when I had to drive my new Corrolla home during a nor' easter! More

We anticipated that choosing a new car these days would be very daunting - considering all the new changes & innovations being added to the latest vehicles. We first contacted Toyota of Braintree by phone, and Rick Heenan promptly called us back with the answers to our questions. From the moment we walked into the dealership, the whole buying experience was more than pleasant. Our salesman, Leo Batista, was exceptional, answering all our questions and demonstrating all the car's features. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Mark McElroy, his manager, was also involved, making sure we were being given all the information and assistance we needed to make our decisions. Don Richmond went over all the financial transactions and carefully explained all the warranties. Eric Francke let us know in detail about all the accessories that are available, and how to access the Toyota Services. Overall, a great team, very professional. More

The sales process was actually pleasant, not the stressful pressure cooker of previous experiences at other dealerships. Bob Wilfand gave us the most detailed, bumper-to-bumper "tour" of a car we've ever received--he really knows his product!--listed pros AND cons of the two models we were deciding between, and made no attempt to pressure us into a sale either way. Once we knew what we wanted, Carlos Ortega worked hard to find our preferred model and color, and gave us a detailed rundown of prices and options for 2012 and 2013. Eric Francke went through every accessory and gave honest assessments re. whether we would use it, given our lifestyle/driving habits. John Celesk walked us through the financing and answered all our questions in detail. We got our preferred model, year, and color within 48 hours--cleaned, insurance and plates transferred, ready to drive home. Tufankjian Toyota is a class act. More

Experience was good. Car is ok in terms of value. Was told it would get 17 miles per charge and when fully charged it says 11. Radio is also pretty poor in terms of technology. Needed to (reluctantly) replace my '99 4Runner, and was very pleased with the service I received from Brian McGrath as we discussed the differences between the Highlander and 4Runner. Test drove both model very pleased with the service I received from Brian McGrath as we discussed the differences between the Highlander and 4Runner. Test drove both models (used) and made the decision to go with the smoother riding Highlander. The whole negotiation process went very smoothly, and the dealership was wonderfully accomodating when I needed to pull a duplicate title for my trade. Brian was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He made this transition for me (I had been driving my 4Runner for 11 years) much easier. My interaction with the Finance guys was also pleasant. John explained all my options, and Walace handled my follow-up with the title. I left the dealership feeling that I had been treated with respect. Overall, an easy and comfortable experience. I would recommend the dealership to my friends. More

I came to Toyota of Braintree to replace my '99 RAV4 with a new RAV4. New to me, that is. I did not rule out a previously-owned vehicle. The entire dealership is incredible. Clean, bright, not a lot of unneeded noise. Very helpful - not pushy - salespeople. I dealt primarily with Benson Onwuamaebu, and I'm so glad I did. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, he showed me many choices - inside and on the lot. He knew what every vehicle included. After I made my selection - a 2012 RAV4 - he handled the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. He was very encouraging about my dealing with the paperwork and the vehicle. He is very friendly and kind and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. I was amazed to be able to drive my new RAV4 home that day!! More
