Brian has been very proactive in calling me to see how I am liking the car and to see if I have questions. Eric Francke was most helpful as it was during the Shareathon give a way when I was in the dealership. He signed me up for Twitter and made sure that I would receive a debit card. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

In search of a new car, my husband and I went to numerous Toyota dealerships to find exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. Tufankjian was the first dealership we stopped at. The first day we went in, we were greeted Angel Tirado,he asked what we were interested in and taken right upstairs to view the selection they had in stock. I was looking for a little more room in the RAV4 than they seemed to have and he quickly suggested the one with the 3rd row of seats, which my husband and I were unaware they even had. They only had one in stock, but the color was one of two I had chosen. He took us downstairs and introduced us to Steve Levanchy. Steve was very professional and informative with information regarding the comparison of the RAV4 and the Honda CRV. Once we had the information we were looking for, Steve brought the car down for a test drive. When it came time for the "dreaded" expense talk, Steve introduced us to Carlos Otega. Together Steve and Carlos made us feel very comfortable and did not make us feel pressured into agreeing to a deal at that time. They understood that with this economy, shopping around was the key to our success as the consumer. Ultimately, Toyota of Braintree was where we found ourselves purchasing our new RAV4. When we went back in, Kenny Banks was the salesman that we closed the deal with. Kenny was very welcoming and just as the others, very informative. He introduced us to Bill DeTellis who explained in detail the 2 yr. maintenance and roadside service. He even had our first oil change scheduled before we went to the finance department!! Jessica Reed was the finance person we dealt with. Again very friendly and professional. She was prompt in sending everything that needed to go to the insurance company and was right on top of things when we had to call her for additional information. I would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree to family/friends. The atmosphere in the showroom was welcoming and friendly, which we did not experience in the other dealerships. I have to admit I was not looking forward to the experience of buying a new car. My experience at many car dealerships was having to deal with an aggressive salesperson. I went there because they were the only place in the area that had the vehicle I was looking for.They went above and beyond to help me out I had many things I needed to do to register the car and Rick brough that had the vehicle I was looking for.They went above and beyond to help me out I had many things I needed to do to register the car and Rick brought the car to me 40 minutes away and spent 5 hours with me to do all the things I needed to do. Bob was my primary contact. He was very well informed about the Sienna. He did an excellent job reviewing all of the features. I especially loved the way Donna Larosa took my case , and used every way possible in her power , to get me into a good car i can relies on and around my price budget. In the end I went from a used 2002 sunfire , to a brand new leased 2011 Red Toyota Corlla LE. I tried Ira Toyota of Milford, but the sales manager was not interested in being upfront with prices, even though I have purchased 2 cars from them. Being extremely frustrated with Ira Toyota, I went online and typed Massachusetts Toyota Dealer Ratings into Google. Up comes Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree, at the top of the list. I went to their website, found exactly the model, with the correct color,and the low miles(under 9k!). I hit the button for more info, and was connected with Toyota Web-guy, Eric Franke. He e-mailed me all the facts and figures concerning the car. What a pleasure! No B.S. like at Ira. I scheduled a test drive the next day. I connected with Steve Lavanchy, a really great, no pressure sales guy. After driving the car, I decided to purchase on the spot. Steve took care of everything and my wife and kids are now driving in a 2010 Rav4 that is virtually brand new. I really can't say enough about how great the experience with Tufankjian Toyota was. I have found a new favorite dealership! More
