I especially loved the way Donna Larosa took my case , and used every way possible in her power , to get me into a good car i can relies on and around my price budget. In the end I went from a used 2002 sunfire , to a brand new leased 2011 Red Toyota Corlla LE. Being extremely frustrated with Ira Toyota, I went online and typed Massachusetts Toyota Dealer Ratings into Google. Up comes Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree, at the top of the list. I went to their website, found exactly the model, with the correct color,and the low miles(under 9k!). I hit the button for more info, and was connected with Toyota Web-guy, Eric Franke. He e-mailed me all the facts and figures concerning the car. What a pleasure! No B.S. like at Ira. I scheduled a test drive the next day. I connected with Steve Lavanchy, a really great, no pressure sales guy. After driving the car, I decided to purchase on the spot. Steve took care of everything and my wife and kids are now driving in a 2010 Rav4 that is virtually brand new. I really can't say enough about how great the experience with Tufankjian Toyota was. I have found a new favorite dealership! More

I have to say I think this is what really sets Tufankjian Toyota apart from other dealerships is their willingness to really spend true quality time with each and every single customer in a no pressure environment. From a sales experience, Kendrick Tempro was very knowledgeable of the Toyota product line and went out of his way to be sure I was going to get all that I was looking for in my new car purchase. Mike Hankes was great in explaining the future service required on the vehicle and showed me the ease of being able to schedule any type of service I should require. John Celesk did a great job in explaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed and was sure that I understood what I was signing.
