My salesperson (Jerry Hebrink) did not have any paperwork ready when I came to purchase the car. The cover in the back (that goes over the spare tire) was not there when I purchased the car. I was very pleased with my experience the salesman and staff were great to work with! It's most likely the same experience anyone would have buying something from someone that makes a living selling thing staff were great to work with! The only thing that I would say could have been better was the detailing of my car! I found loose change and other crap in the door and they didn't get all the cleaner off of the outside! However all and all I'm very pleased so far! More

I’m disappointed in our last service appointment at Honda of Ames. It wasn’t the service that I was unhappy with, it’s was the high pressured and unwanted sales department that’s to blame. New vehicle availability is getting tight, but Honda of Ames still had good selection for every model level I was looking at. That saved my bacon! I filled out an online form on Sunday inquiring about options, and he was on the phone with me right away Monday morning to outline those. With my tight work schedule, we were able to get the deal done by early afternoon, and he made the delivery to my workplace on Thursday...perfectly fitting into my schedule availability. More
